What is SEO?
What a great question! SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. In its simplest terms, it means to make a website visible to the search engines, such as Google and Bing. In depth, it refers to the actual process of evaluating a website for its content to ensure it has the right keywords along with the proper saturation level. It also refers to “backdoor” SEO work, such as meta tags and SEO titles for the pages on the site. In addition, there is the process of creating backlinks to the main website for these keywords to achieve three things:
- Have the site indexed by the search engines.
- Make the site more visible to readers through various Internet outlets.
- Increase the sites overall search engine ranking.
How Do I Increase My Site’s Google Ranking?
How can you get your site to rank better in Web searches? It all starts with the content on your site. Content must be written in a manner that allows Google to index the site without it being dismissed as spam. In addition, content needs to be created that follows Google’s guidelines and is published on sites such as Ezine Articles and Squidoo. What does this do for your site? Silver SEO Service Package ($125) – this is a step up, but garners significantly more powerful backlinks for the website. For this package, we will create a Squidoo or HubPage linking back to the main website and internal pages. We will also create two articles to be submitted to major directories such as Article Dashboard and Ezine Articles for linking back to the main website. In addition, we find relevant blogs to post comments on to create backlinks to the main site.
Gold SEO Service Package ($175) – this package includes everything in the Silver SEO Service Package, but also adds social media marketing and UAW into the mix. We will create one UAW set focusing on the website and an additional UAW set to help increase the ranking of the lens. This is important because even if the website struggles initially, the lens will often occupy a spot on the first page of Google. That being the case, you have a high-ranking outlet that will draw traffic to your website. We also use Twitter, Digg, Facebook, and StumbleUpon in this package. Throughout the week, we will use these outlets to promote both the site and any lenses we have created for your campaign.
Platinum SEO Service Package ($300) – this package includes everything mentioned in the Gold SEO Service Package and adds a blog service. If you have your own blog, we will make an entry three days a week and create a new link within the post to the main site or any lenses used in your campaign. In addition, the blog entry will be submitted to a variety of social networking sites in an effort to increase its Google ranking and draw traffic to the main site via the blog. If you do not have a blog, we will use one of the many blogs in our network for posting. If we do not have a relevant blog, we will create one within the niche of the website.
SEO Site Evaluation ($100) – If you have a WordPress website and are unsure whether your site is set up properly for your keywords, STBW will evaluate both the content and backdoor SEO work on the site. We will present you with a detailed recommendation sheet of what needs to be done to the site in order for it to become more search engine-friendly. Please note this review is ONLY an evaluation and our recommendations. It does not include the actual work needed to follow our recommendations.
